Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it's dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (India): [7–8] business days, depending on your location.
- International: Nul.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above [₹1299] ship free.
- Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of [₹70].
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional [₹100] COD handling fee.

Delays and Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sprynthin@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Sprynth, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on sprynth.in.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within [5] days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are covered separately below and are not subject to these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear and similar items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/liquidation sales
- Items returned without their original tags
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- We'll confirm your eligibility and share the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within [5–7] business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when requested.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item you want isn't available, we'll offer a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at sprynthin@gmail.com with your order number and photos or a short unboxing video of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.
